dvd recall notice

2007 DVD Recall :

We sold over 300 dvd's at the Minnesota Deer Classic this last weekend (3/10/07) and our distributor just notified us of a potential problem with the dvd. If you are one of the people who purchased your dvd at the show, please contact us immediately for a free replacement by filling out this form. You can call us if you have any questions. We apologize that we have no way to contact you so please help us by contacting us for your free replacement.
